Returns and Shipping Policy


Returns & Shipping Policy

We currently ship throughout the UK using Royal Mail and other trusted carriers. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping Costs are calculated at the checkout based on location.  
  - Standard Shipping (2–4 days): £3.50
  - Free UK Shipping on orders over £35

We currently ship to select EU countries. Delivery times vary but typically range between 4–10 working days. Please note that customs charges or duties may apply upon delivery, and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy
We hope you love your Pouts products! However, if you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

How to Request a Return
Please email us at lisa@pouts.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.  

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or opened cosmetics unless the product is faulty.
